The 3WPZ-1500H is a high-clearance, self-propelled boom sprayer manufactured by Weifang Anseeda Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. It features a robust four-wheel drive (4WD) and four-wheel steering (4WS) system, ensuring excellent maneuverability in various field conditions. The machine has a wheelbase of 2620 mm and overall dimensions of 5050 × 2870 × 3580 mm. With a significant minimum ground clearance of 1200 mm and an adjustable wheel track ranging from 2200 mm to 2600 mm, it is highly adaptable to different crop growth stages and row spacings.
Engine: It is powered by an Anhui Quanchai V30-100C41 diesel engine (China Stage IV emission standard), delivering a rated power of 74 kW at 2400 r/min.
Pump Performance: The system utilizes a Jinhua Shuangding MB4180/2.5 diaphragm pump with a rated flow rate of 160–180 L/min and an operating pressure of 0.3–0.5 MPa.
Safety: The machine is equipped with a spring-type pressure-limiting safety device set at ≤0.6 MPa.
The sprayer is equipped with a 1500 L plastic chemical tank. The spraying assembly features a 20.4-meter (20400 mm) boom constructed from stainless steel and plastic. Both the lifting and folding mechanisms of the boom are hydraulically controlled for ease of operation. The boom and pressure hoses are designed to withstand a maximum working pressure of 0.75 MPa.
Operator Comfort: The unit includes a sealed cabin to protect the operator during chemical application.
Tires: It runs on large pneumatic rubber tires with a diameter of 1430 mm and a width of 130 mm.
Electrical System: The electrical system is supported by two 12V 60Ah maintenance-free lead-acid batteries connected in series.
